Expired Token?

Today I had a mission canceled with this error:

{“errors”.“Expired token”}

I’ve never seen an error like this before. What could be causing it?

The flight was today, 11/01, taking off at around 10:30 a.m. from LCLK to LGAV. When I pressed “end flight,” I got the error.

I also got the same error after completing a flight lasting over 15 hours! However, when I went to the PAX wallet page, I found the mission registered properly.

Hi Siae, we’ll investigate what caused this error and I’ll update you about it.

Hi Siae,
according to the penalty log, the client received data from the simulator indicating that you entered the main menu:

Nov 2, 2025, 12:28:26 Z – “It seems that you have entered the main menu, which has canceled the active mission.”

That’s why the mission was canceled.

We’re analyzing why you received the message “Error expired token” instead of the standard message indicating that the mission was canceled because you entered the simulator’s main menu.

If you confirm that you didn’t actually enter the main menu, it’s possible this was a temporary issue that occurred during the days when we were performing some optimizations.
We’re continuing to investigate the matter in more detail.

Hi, I just had a mission from RKPC to SVMC cancelled on my 777-200ER (over 15 hours of flight time!!!). I didn’t have time to screenshot the error, but it was “Expired Token.” The error appeared on my previous flight as well, but then I went to the PAX wallet page and found it. This time, however, it didn’t! How do I get my flight (and my PAX and XP points) back?
Thanks

Oops! I tried logging out and back in. Magically, the flight appeared! So much the better.

Yes, your flight is there — I monitored it personally. I saw you close to landing and confirmed that the mission was successfully completed, so it’s correctly recorded in your logbook.

The “Expired Token” message was caused by a timeout, which we’re already extending.
We’re applying some fixes to permanently resolve this behavior — the function is currently being adjusted.
