Good afternoon, I’m trying to purchase the annual premium plan, but I can’t do it from my mobile phone. I want to pay with PayPal; I have enough funds, but the payment button isn’t showing up.

Hi, thank you for your report. The issue with purchasing the Premium subscription via PayPal has now been resolved, and the payment method is active again.
