Lost connection for less than a minute and got mission failed please help

I have lost connection for 4 seconds and simfly canceled my flight , it asked for a new API key and i had to reactivate a new one during the flight, the warning did not go away and the mission got canceled

i was about to land, i had 40 minutes left to get to my destination and my 7 hours flight just got canceled ? for lossing connection for only a few seconds?


Just happened with me, then I need to provide credential to log on (web).
The web is freeze, no data sent. I guess because it cannot connect with server.

API is automatically disappeared.

Oh yeah that’s kind of what happened to me it showed me a warning and then apparently never got the connection back and asked for a new api key and then it said the mission failed.

I hope they can give me a solution for this because this happened just about 40 mins before to land to my destination. It would be very annoying to do the flight all over again . ㅠㅠ

Please open ticket so support can start investigation. I already did so.

thought you were referring my client lol mb, but yea i just noticed that he has a vieron older. i dont think that could lead to the issue ?

never know until you try and it happens again.. As you might know, the very first thing an IT support tell a customer, is to update every thing, in order to start troubleshooting from a common base, even if that could not be the issue.. :slight_smile:

I’ve experienced similar situations before. It’s one of my biggest fears when operating long-haul flights :melting_face:

There’s a bug, not just the one described above.
Now, on my flight, it’s not recognizing the destination airport. I wait several minutes, refresh the page, and it’s still the same!
I won’t fly like this until the situation is fixed.
My client is updated to version 1.3.1.
It seems to be a problem on a SimFly server.

I also noticed that for the past few days, the SkyRanking has been taking a long time to update.

Hopefully they get that addresed because some of us like to do LHs and like what happened to me. that the whole flight didnt count because a minor disconnection and now that time i put into that fight went to the trash :frowning:
