No Pax No Xp?

Hello, i don’t understand it here anymore, i did the flight for the F1 from BSPA to BSGR i strated the flight as i usualy do and i get no pax no points no xp no nothing ? what is the use of doin our best to fly on Simfly if there are no rewards at all it not the first time this happend, my time was on 0.00 for the 24 Hour, so what do i do wrong ? can someone come with a accepteble answer ?? Thank you
