⚠️ Temporary Flight Record Issue During System Optimization

Hello SimFlyers,
during the afternoon today we carried out several optimizations to the data flow, with the goal of improving overall performance and the SimFly experience, also addressing an issue that was identified on January 30, 2026.

During this phase, some flights were unfortunately lost or not correctly recorded.
We are aware of the inconvenience this may have caused and we sincerely apologize to all affected users.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: One of the main issues has been identified and we believe it has been resolved; it is currently being monitored.
We are also working on other minor issues that were identified and performing additional internal checks to ensure that similar situations do not occur again in the future.

If you notice specific anomalies on a flight, we kindly ask you to report them through support, providing—if possible—the flight record ID or link. This will help us perform targeted checks.
:backhand_index_pointing_right: If a mission was cancelled by the system due to a SimFly error, please contact support: we will review the case and credit the PAX Tokens you should have received.

Over these days, we are also working directly in production with live interventions to make the system more stable and better optimized :airplane:
