Withdrawal of funds from SimFly stuck

Hello SimFly Team, my withdrawal from the SimFly website is stuck because the form requires me to fill in the IBAN number, however in Argentina IT IS NOT USED, IT DOES NOT EXIST, consequently I cannot fill it out and in this way the system detects a void...I ASK YOU TO UNBLOCK this inconvenience since the system does not allow me to move forward and complete it, in addition it would be convenient and urgent if you could prepare a withdrawal form as simple as possible to PayPal, since you say that funds can be withdrawn there...but the corresponding form to PayPal is not there yet.

In many countries around the world, these methods are already obsolete. I’m also hoping for PayPal or Binance, methods I’ve already used to pay on SimFly. It’s secure and much simpler, and it’s also 100% verifiable.

I also hope to be able to use PayPal, Binance, or Bitso for future wallet transactions… whether in dollars or crypto…
It seems the most reasonable and beneficial. Greetings, everyone… Good question, Flaco!

Good morning,

I’d like to share my opinion that the best way to make withdrawals would be through blockchain, without having to convert them to dollars. It’s the simplest and most efficient method, and also the most private. I’ve paid for my purchases with crypto, so I think it would be the best decision.

Regards.

Hello everyone,
we’re currently working to resolve the issue related to the country selection in the bank account setup section for withdrawals.
We’ll let you know as soon as the issue is fully resolved.

As for PayPal, it will be the next step after the release of the Pilot License in the User Marketplace.

Finally, regarding cryptocurrencies, we’ll provide you with more information soon.

Hi Roberto, I’m new to Simfly and I wanted to know if you could reassure us about withdrawing dollars in Argentina without any problems, since our country is very particular and we don’t have the European VAT system. Thanks.

Hi everyone, in agreement with Flacobaires, at the very least, withdrawals via PayPal should be enabled, since not all users from other countries have an IBAN or SWIFT account, a European bank account, etc. And/or, in any case, they should allow withdrawals by letting users directly choose a national bank account from their country (ours being Argentina). I understand that this is a bit more complicated, so I think that being able to use other platforms like PayPal or similar would be an immediate and short-term solution. Greetings to all!
