Excuse me. I am lost in HelpDesk Tickets.

I (think) this morning I filled the link “Open Ticket” with an issue that happened to me yesterday. After completing it… I am not sure where I can check this content. I can’t find it within the forum. Topics, Tickets, messages, My Tickets…. I can’t find it.

Is it normal? Maybe you are handling this Ticket and I will receive an answer late, but I understand that the normal situation is that, if I open a Ticket, I might check my opnened Tickets.

Not sure now If I failed opening it…. I am lost.

Actually, the subject of my Ticket is: “My last flight has only been partially counted”
