Add new/fix some airports request(Brazil)

there are a lot of missing airports or broken airports, like Almenara(AMJ/SNAR), the airport thing is not in the airport itself, its in the middle of the forest. There are also missing airports, like Caracaraí(SBQI, SWQI is the old ICAO) or Lagarto(SI8M, which is a very newly built airport)

May I ask which of these are present in simbrief/navigraph, and in the default msfs2020/24 airport list?

All 3 are in SimBrief, but Lagarto is missing in MSFS 2024
