Hi, thank you for writing. Yes, you did fly with a test pilot mission, and the test pilot mission only rewards the license. To reward also airports you must fly on a unrestricted flight or airplane rental mission. We are aware that until recently the test pilot mission has paid airports as well, but it was a bug 
So lucky who enjoyed it until we have fixed it.
