I have been flying on SimFly for almost a year now and saw this issues several times and still happening.
The mission got cancelled midair with perfect Internet (as im browsing just fine.)
Got a warning from the SimFly client, but the client still showing green with green dot on the web on several refresh.
A restart of simfly client didnt help. Everything seemed to be fine.
Volanta can track my flight without hiccup, proofing no Internet connection on my end.
Only after I got my mission cancelled midflight yet again. If this is the issue of API key, there is no indication to be to refresh the API key before flight.

I cant help but think this platform is a little bit now lack reliability, since it has already matured as seen in its activity in marketplace; but the flight side of thing is definitely lacking.
I do realize this is just a flight sim platform but again, our transactions were deducted by platform fee without fail. I can only wonder of how users, like us, will be protected at the same level of prudence as same as how transaction fee is governed.
Hope no one should have suffered the same loss as me again.
