Hello. I have the possibility of upgrading my license. Great, but the investment is quite high once you are growing Levels.
My question is: Are time counters available in the moment I do the upgrade?
Let’s suppose it remains me 80 hours for a reset in counters, but I decide NOW to upgrade. Make sense the counters start from the moment I DO the upgrade, not the last remaining time.
How is the way that works? In that case, I will upgrade the day and hour appropriate.

Yes, I tested and everything resets to be available. So works fine, ypu upgrade and can use counters from that point.
It’s a minor issue but doubt solved.
Hello! Today I landed in Costa Rica after a 13-hour flight, and I realized my license has “expired.” That is, it no longer generates the same amount as before. Less than one PAX and barely one XP. Is this an intentional update, or is it a system error?
I did 2 “regular” flight and have the same issue. I reported it. Only count 1 minute of XP from license.
Maybe an issue after todays patch. Both flights ended after 14z
