Category V airport less rewarding than a Category IV?

Hello,

I’m Wondering why a category V airport (the only one owned by user : WADD) is less rewarding than a category IV airport.
Does anybody know why ?

I understand the point.
(but I do not fully agree with that logic, and i’m not requesting any change)
