Connection or correlation between Roberto's departure and the current interface issues?

Is there any connection or correlation between Roberto’s departure and the current interface issues after the October 29 update, or is it just a coincidence? These issues have been ongoing for several days now, and I haven’t been able to start a flight since.

Hi, to tell the truth, I’ve noticed these problems (and someone on staff confirmed it to me) since October 15th, that is, since the marketplace opened.

Perhaps is because I fly once every 2 or 3 days a week and max 2/3 hours each flight, but i have done flights without issues.

No, that’s a fact. Performance in SimFly has been very poor for the last 8–10 days. It used to be great, always really fast in every transaction. Always. But in the last few days, something has changed. That’s true, real, and evident. I hope things get better soon.

Hi everyone! As we already mentioned in a previous announcement on both the forum and the map, on October 29 we began an important optimization of the platform’s performance.
This was necessary because, since the launch of the User Marketplace, we had noticed slowdowns in some areas of SimFly.

Unfortunately, these optimizations have caused a few interface issues.
We’re working continuously and with full focus to fix them as soon as possible.
We’ll notify you as soon as everything is fully resolved.
We understand the frustration, but please be patient — we’re truly doing everything we can to get this fixed quickly.

@Django lol that would be awful. As I am back the issues should have been gone tho, but nope. For those of you experiencing problems, try logging in with an incognito window in the browser, and see if (at least for a while) it works well. Let me know. I believe also people with more powerful computers has less issues than people with less powerful computers.

Greetings everyone! To be objective, I’ve encountered some issues in the last week:

  1. My website account logs out frequently.

  2. My flight log takes too long to load, even though it does tally PAX and XP earnings. The flight and landing analysis only appears after a significant delay.

  3. Page load times are extremely slow, and the statistics graph fills up gradually, which didn’t happen before.

  4. My assets appear in my ledger after several page refreshes, and the same happens with the flight list.

  5. Sometimes my portfolios show 0 PAX and 0 USD, but this returns to normal after several page refreshes.
    I may have noticed other problems, but I can’t recall them right now. If I find any others, I’ll report them here. Thank you in advance for any corrections.

Hi, I’m having exactly the same problems.

I am noticing things appear to be improving. Missing data from flights (departure, earnings, etc.) appears to be working properly now.

me too, I have the total PAX but not the details….

That’s it. I should copy-paste the same issues as StarVen, exactly as you said, even today. I am having now the same performance.

What’s really strange is that nothing like this has EVER happened before, not even occasionally. NEVER. That’s something worth analyzing because performance dropped significantly. We’ll wait for some updates and stay patient. Sure. Don’t worry.

The weird thing is that not everyone is having the same issues. I assume you already tried deleting the cache from the browser settings?

Have you also experienced the same problems accessing from a smartphone (data transfer not wifi) ?

Hello! We’ve never had a user market like this before, and there have never been so many planes on the map. I have no doubt that as the community develops and grows, many optimizations will be needed.
