I’ll throw in another controversial case:
A while back, there was an event from the United Kingdom to New York. I attended, and upon landing, I was met with the unpleasant news that I wasn’t awarded the PAX or the corresponding EXPERIENCE points (I think it was 40% more, or something like that).
And this past weekend, there was an event with 300% more or something like that, where I took a tremendous 13-hour flight, and upon landing… SAME THING! Nothing was awarded…
Then something came out about it, but it didn’t satisfy me…
Does anyone know anything about it? Can you let me know, since I was traveling and just yesterday I resumed activities on my flights?

for the x3 event, they suspended it due to some problems, while in reference to your flight to New York, something similar happened to me a few months ago on a Madrid-New York flight, it didn’t give me any points or PAX even though I had the timers available.

I always suggest to report the eventual anomaly and the corresponding flight link.
I confirm the recent x3 issue for the last Milestone, that has suspended. it was announced that it will be re introduced asap.

And the flight far away from the plane range are not posible now
