This has happened repeatedly. A feature, client update or video is announced for a specific date, that date passes, and nothing happens. No heads-up, no explanation, no revised ETA. Just silence until eventually something appears or someone asks about it.
I get that delays happen. That’s fine. What’s not fine is that the announced date stops meaning anything. At this point, when I see “coming, happening X day],” I mentally file it as “coming eventually.” That’s a TRUST problem.
Specific ask: stop giving calendar dates unless you’re confident in them. “Coming soon” or “we’re targeting Q3” is far better than a specific date you can’t hit.
For this section you literally asked for “ruthless feedback”, this is mine. SIMFLY itself is great. The communication undermines it.

Hi @DeshMindER,
I completely understand what you mean, and I personally apologize.
On Friday, we updated the release date for the tutorial video of the new mission, but unfortunately we were not able to meet that deadline either.
The tutorial, together with the additional information, will be published on Friday, May 8. I will also post an official update shortly.
Your feedback is fair: we need to improve our communication, especially when it comes to timelines. Giving specific dates without enough margin does not help build trust, and this is something we will work on more carefully moving forward.
That said, several updates are coming this month, not only related to the new mission. I will publish a detailed report with the planned developments and releases, so everyone can have a clearer and more realistic overview.
Thank you for your direct feedback. It is useful and will help us improve.
