we’ve noticed that in some situations, when pressing End Flight, the Flight Report displays 0 PAX and all values as N/A.
However, once you refresh the page, everything appears correctly: the PAX Tokens and all the values are displayed properly, so you did receive your PAX.
This is a small visual bug introduced after the recent optimizations aimed at speeding up the Flight Report loading time.
We are already working on a fix and will update you as soon as it’s resolved.
Hi Karim, this has been happening to me for about a year on all flights longer than 4 hours. Just press F5 and everything is resolved.

thank you for the feedback and the additional information. We’ve already identified the issue and fixed it in the development environment. We’re currently running further tests.
Within 24 hours, we should be able to release the patch that will resolve it.

As soon as everything is ready, we’ll release the fix on SimFly as well.

I confirm that the patch fixing the issue discussed in this topic has just been released.
Everything should now be working correctly.
Make sure you’re on build 2.11.0 and not 2.10.0.
You just need to refresh the browser after clearing the cache.
