This has happened to me at airports with very long displaced thresholds. It’s worth asking support to verify the actual TORA (Takeoff Run Available) for that specific airport. In some cases the paved surface may have been extended, the runway re-measured, or even rebuilt, and the database doesn’t always reflect the current declared distances.
As a small aviation note for newer simmers reading this far:
you can absolutely use the displaced threshold during takeoff (you may accelerate over it and start your roll from there ) but you are not allowed to touch down on it when landing.
