Flight Analysis took too long

I had this issue 2 months ago, after a great flight of 17h that went smoothly, landed very well, competed … then you click on “end flight”, and after a few minutes wait, you get this messages.

The XP were rewarded, but no PAX … I contacted support several times, never got any help to “repair” the flight (well completed !) or the report.

Finaly after another reminder, they just completely deleted the flight, it’s doesn’t appear anymore in my loogbook despite it was, so i still have it in my own historic :

So the support deleted the flight instead of fixing, and they removed by the way the 1397 XP … Without any message, apologize or compensention for the 17h flight, 1400Xp, and Probably 10-11PAX missing for a bug in the system ! (I’m not satisfied ! )
on that day, another player had same issue, also lost a 17h flight for the same problem.


Then Today, I notice my rented A350 didn’t get any pax, XP, or even a line in the records, despite I knew it was rented yesterday.
So today, I have a 30h countdown on my plane, but got no PAX for renting it.

Actually, CockpitRoss (who rented my plane yesterday) got the same issue than me 2 month ago

So the problem still exist and its root cause is not fixed yet.

Then today, i raised the concern here, expecting it would be fixed and won’t happen again to any pilots.

A great Flight, with great landing … 13 hour flight,
Lost 1300XP and about 11PAX bcos system isn’t reliable ? :face_with_symbols_on_mouth:

Hopefully Support team can fix and restore the flight …

And definitively FIX this issue !

or just got ignored and lose all benefit of my flight as last time ?

The same thing happened to my flight as well, I opened a ticket F61-AX-G28

The flight has been resolved: an error occurred during the release of a patch. As you can now see, the analysis has been completed successfully.

( at the opposite of my other similar issue 2 month ago, where despite 5 emails, i never got an answer or a restoration of the flights giving the PAX & XP).

however, as it’s not the only case, I hope all other flights could have been restored, and the root cause fixed to avoid future similar issues.

Hi, the flight has now been analyzed correctly. We are working intensively to make sure this does not happen again.

Hi, unfortunately, we are not able to restore this one as we did with the others. This also happened during the period when we were applying optimizations directly in production.

So why post a message to everyone saying “If this happens, please contact support so we can credit the PAX Tokens”? And then go and ignore the messages?

If your PAX Tokens were not credited correctly, I will check with the support team to understand the reason.

Please open support ticket and include the flight details, if possible, so I can follow up and help expedite the review.

This what i did, I contacted support on the same day.
Never got a reply despite 5 reminders…
Then they just deleted the flight instead of restoring,
It was 3 days before optimization (feb 3 to 11).

As I posted above, the tickets were opened on Feb 4th… and both are still unanswered. @Benoit0211 apologizes, I didn’t mean to hijack the post.

Thank you for the reports. I will check with the support team to understand what happened and identify the cause of the issue, so we can work to prevent similar situations from happening again in the future.

We will also review the flights reported in the tickets you opened and, if the PAX Tokens were not credited correctly, we will proceed with the credit. I will update you privately as soon as the process has been completed.
