I’ve been asked from some of pilots on how flight score will impact total rewards received. Thus, please allow me to share this matrix here so you can use as reference while awaiting to insert in the Wiki.

I believe the current scoring system is unbalanced and discouraging for many users. At the moment, landing performance seems to outweigh all other aspects of the flight, which is not fair.
A pilot can complete a full flight correctly — proper procedures, lights, taxi, navigation — and still receive very low rewards due to a single landing metric. Not everyone is a professional pilot, and expecting perfect landings every time, especially after long flights, is unrealistic.
This lack of balance can lead to frustration and may cause users to leave the platform over time. A more fair system would consider the entire flight performance, not just the landing.
I suppose if a pilot does everything fine, I doubt he gets below 90 only for a not perfect landing.
