Dear Community, I had this issue twice consecutively. I already opened ticket to support team but has anyone experience this as well? I notice a couple of flight are blank but not sure what happened on your side.
Had it happen twice in the last hour
I also had this issues 2 flights in the row, one of them is long haul. 
1 before the PAX issue was identified and 1 after the announcement telling the issue was resolved.
Thanks for your reply. Please try to delete API key and generate new one. I will test whether that could solve it.
i lost 1 Long haul and just cancelled on ground just after start engines and started a taxi… guys, whats going on? happens after a small patch

FYI: As with 4-hour flight, (after generate new API), there is no auto-flight cancellation.

Just happened to me, twice this week. Any reply from Simfly team?
I believed the issue had been fixed since last week. Please try to delete your API key, and generate new one.

Just happened to me as well. Needless to say I am not a happy camper. I will try and delete the API key and reinstall. Just really makes me mad after spending all the time to setup flight and fly it and then to just have it cancel. Really upsets me.
I’m sorry to hear that. I guess everyone would feel the same, get mad. I hope it won’t happen again.
