After the release of several patches, a significant issue occurred between the Brain and the client server. The patch was deployed correctly, but unfortunately it caused the disconnection of all flights that were in an active mission at that time.
Although a warning was visible on the map advising users not to start missions until further notice, we apologize for the incident. We have already identified the root cause and will take the necessary measures to ensure this does not happen again in the future.
For all users who lost a mission due to this issue, please submit a support request including the details of the mission that was canceled by the system. We will proceed to credit the PAX Tokens you would have earned.
