In my opinion, I think it will happen when SimFly needs to increase air traffic, thus ensuring a greater influx of new users. It also happens when SimFly needs dollars to continue operating as a system and to cover its fixed monthly server expenses. In short, "It's not known for sure" since that information is confidential.
