unable to complete kyc verification i took picture of my driver license from alberta and at the end that say it’s not a valid document i did twice and not working now has been charge twice for nothing thanks for your help

as mentioned in the KYC procedure during the verification process — and already explained in last week’s video — to successfully complete the verification you must use an ID card or passport, and not a driver’s license.
driver license in canada is our id card is the samething that is issue by governement

I thought that in order to open a bank account you needed a second piece of identification such as what they call a provincial photo ID card, even though is not compulsory for every day life. But I suppose could be different for some “districts” or Canadian areas. Ref.. Google of course. 
i check on my side and my driver license is the only governement issue card we got and i dont have passport im not traveling outside canada and can you remove the fee of kyc when is not working thanks you
