Airport backend boundaries are probably wrong (part of runway is set as taxiway) that is what happened.
Seems usual if Taxiing too fast …
Including airport ICAO might help to understand where to investigate. Other pilots landing or departing had the same issue?

Or if the ICAO is not relevant to this issue as it could happen anywhere, bcos the system penalize the Taxi and the take off at the same time … And the problem seems generated by the overspeed during taxiing.

seems same roots cause : Over speed during taxi.
So i don’t think it’s related with LPPS.

That’s not a big issue or urgent, but i think that can be corrected to provide a more reliable system.

You can check on the details of the airport as I did, and see that not everyone had taxi speed penalty, so I don’t think it’s an airport issue.. double check on the gps the GS speed while taxing or use third app tools to show GS speed while on ground. Be aware that some big liners have default speed taxi that goes over the simfly limit.

I could replicate it very easily … in MUVR (not relevant) : SimFly | Fly and Earn
Just needed to taxi over speed.
I made some other over speed to show that I was still in Taxi mode (with Taxi light ON, Landing and Strobe OFF, Transponder in TA only)
Also, BTW, Another issue that may be related :
It seems here the system didn’t detect the change of mode between Taxi and take off, despite I’m sure I Switched ON the landing light and Strobe, turned off the taxi ligth, and switched the Transponder on TA/RA before accelerating for take off.
This issue already happened to me few times.

What does a touch and win mission got to do with following speed rules during taxi? One reason I “hate” those big and fat planes moving like an hippo out of water.. 
.. taxi over speed penalty? Just hit on the brakes keeping speed under 25kts, don’t just trust “automated” taxi “throttle settings” on those full automated super fancy planes. I just wonder why other pilots got it right with no penalty on the same airport.. and more, the “pilot not performed taxi” has nothing to do do with taxi overspeed penalties. One ticket, for each issue, should make less confusion about problems encountered.

here the problem is a take off penalty (no landing light) while still in taxi, so it should not be. Point.

Why so many time Simfly does not detect the change of of Made TAXI to Take-off ?
It happens 20-30% of my flights … despite I always do the same way.
With my B77W I go to the runway holding point, (or aligned on the runway),
Switch ON Landing light and Strobes, OFF the Taxi light, turn the TCAS from TA only to TA/RA, then set the throttles .
Then at the end, Simfly tell me I Taxied at the speed of V1 or V2 over 150knts, without the light.
With always same procedure, why Have I this issue about 20% of the flights ?
@Benoit0211 For taxi light, could you try:
OFF the Taxi light → keep the taxi light turn on, and when line up already, turn on Take off light. After you airborne, then you can turn both off. (I’m not sure if B77W switch functions like this).
For TCAS, as I observe, you can leave it at TA thru the flight if desire.

I have some suggestions that other mods succesfuly implement
- there should be a zone where you can turn on / off strobes / change langing lights to taxi lights and vice versa
- ideally it should not be set exactly on spot where taxiway turns into runway but ±5-10m ahead
- we need some tolerance there its really not following real life now i feel
- of course some airplanes may have wrong recognition of those events (wrong VARS) then nothing helps
Look on real pilots they do not try to change lights exactly at the edge of runway - often its earlier or later (earlier most cases)

For sure is also related to the airplane. Because If you repeat the same procedure, let’s say with a c208, you will never have those penalties. Maybe it can be adjusted to that specific airplane..
