I purchased a license for my second account, but it doesn’t appear. I can’t open a ticket from this account’s user account either, because it doesn’t appear as a user.
It appeared in my account josean62, when I bought it in the account, josean2-2
Try and ask to move it to the other account if possible.. meanwhile don’t activate it. Maybe you can give it back and try again to log with other account and buy it from there again.. be careful to choose the correct log in

I guess this did happen as at checkout you used the same email of the other account…
As @antonio.ferrara suggests DO NOT ACTIVATE the license, as we can remove it from an account and give you a coupon to get one for the other account without paying.

Also I suggest to move the discussion to a ticket or private message as there can be sensitive data to be shared.
