Loading. NEO. Airbus. Aircraft. Software does not recognize. The plane that loads

Good day to everybody. Hope everybody’s having a great day. But I’m having a little tough one. Today I’ve been trying to load my A321 Neo, or A320neo,A330-600neo I have rebooted. Many times. Changed airports many times. And still to no avail. I cannot get them to. Come up with that big old N on the end. Is there something new that’s going on out there that I should know about or an update? But I cannot use. Simfly I only fly Airbus. I do not fly any Boeing aircraft, so as you can see, it is very important to me. To have my Neos working at all times. The program is fantastic. I haven’t run into Any trouble at all? I appreciate it if someone could. Message me back. I am using. XPlane 12. And by the way, this has never happened before. I appreciate your attention to this detail. As always, thank you. Here long time waiting for the a321LR work as neo but doesnt work.

Still waiting for the team that said weeks ago that would work and still no update.

I understand you cause i fly on airbus as well, but i fly on msfs24.

hope they fix soon

Hi @daddyklein, it’s strange that this is happening with X-Plane. Normally we should not have this kind of issue because, unlike MSFS, we are able to read the aircraft ICAO directly from the simulator, so your aircraft should be detected without any problem. We are checking now to understand what is happening and I’ll update you as soon as I have more information. In the meantime, could you please send us the SimFly Client log through SimFly support while using one of those aircraft when it is not being recognized? Thank you.

Hi @gunslinger, yes, this situation with the detection between A321neo / A321-200 and A320neo / A320-200 is causing us several tests and checks. As I mentioned before, until we find a definitive solution, as I already told you, have you tried following the guide in the Wiki to change the livery name from A321 to A321 Neo? You can find the procedure here: https://wiki.simfly.io/docs/simfly-client/#6-toc-title We are still continuing to work on a definitive solution. And you know that on Xbox pc (on pc) that is the issue cant change the liveries….. and that is what you told 3 months already That would test… but i think forgot…
