New claim

Hello, good morning. I just took a long flight from LESO to SASA (the latter being my own airport).
When I hit the end flight button, I was met with the unpleasant news that I wasn’t granted the PAX for the flight… Could you please check why? THANK YOU!

Pls allow me to share mine, may you check if that period is in between the MA time? Because, mine happened too, the same as you. And had confirmed with support team that they cannot fix this due to system maintenance. So my rental flight was gone too.

I know earlier there will be a scheduled MA, but I forgot finally. ><
