🛠️ Official Notice - Temporary Service Interruption Resolved

Hello Pilots,

today, at approximately 06:51Z, one of the servers in the SimFly infrastructure experienced an unexpected stop and automatic restart, causing a temporary interruption of some services.

The issue was quickly identified and resolved. We have already applied the necessary corrections to prevent a similar situation from happening again in the future.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

After our checks, we were able to correctly restore many of the affected flights. If you opened a support request, please check your account again, as several flights now correctly show their related PAX Tokens and XP.

Unfortunately, flights manually ended using Abort Mission during the interruption cannot be recovered.

If your flight falls into this case, please contact Support privately and provide the Flight ID. We will review each case individually and assign the due PAX Tokens, together with an additional bonus for the inconvenience.

We confirm that everything is now resolved and all services are operating normally.
