I’d like to ask if there’s currently any way to block specific users on the forum, in order to hide their posts and comments from our personal view. If such a feature already exists, I’d really appreciate guidance on how to use it.
If it doesn’t, I’d like to kindly suggest considering the implementation of this option in the future. It would be a helpful tool for maintaining a healthier environment and avoiding exposure to certain repetitive or toxic behaviors that may negatively impact the experience for some users.
Thanks in advance for your time and all the great work you’re doing with SimFly.
You’re absolutely right, MaNaZaS. Ignoring is usually the best option…
But honestly, it’s frustrating to see post after post being dragged down by the same person who always shows up to stir things up or ruin the vibe. At some point, it just gets exhausting, because the community doesn’t deserve that kind of negativity all the time.
Users can’t fully block other users in the sense of preventing them from seeing their posts. However, they can use the “Ignore” feature to hide posts from a specific user and mute notifications from them. Administrators can also take further action against problematic users by muting or suspending them.
