To increase the number of Simfly members, I suggest trying to plan the following missions: “Sheduled flights” and “A Pilot Day” offering the possibility of a career with real flights operated by real airlines. Members may receive offers from various real companies, based on their skill.
Create a progression in the activities carried out for the different airlines !
On the overview map, the flight may display the logo of the actual airline for which the flight is being operated. This will surely stimulate curiosity about new potential members.

That would be pretty cool. Pilots could earn reputation with airlines and get better routes. Maybe there could be a Pax bonus attached to getting better rep with an airline, like leveling up with each individual airline.

Don’t underestimate the current situation for Addons that offer missions and pilot careers.
As of today, even including the new MSFS2024 career, no one is complete… everyone is missing something…
The aspect of a career with real airlines with progression based on one’s skills is an important lever for those who do flight simulation and combined with the current SIMFLY logic could really make the platform take a leap in quality.
