Why time after time the sim client will not load, it has been the same for me since the first day which is going on for years, I am one of the original members and deserve better.
Do you mean not loading when the simulator starts?

I recommend posting your issue in the Support > Open Ticket forum thread.
- Installation straight forward or did you received some messages?
- What is your operating system?
- Maybe some anti-virus is blocking it.
- Have you tried to start windows in safe mode? Just to see if the client starts. (Safe mode disables third party sw that may block apps)
- As suggested by Kyndra, open a ticket in support area so it remains track and can be escalated step by step.
And more important, what happened after Dec 23th, your last flight with simfly client working, as I see your flight. Just installed the new client? Or you have installed something else?
I am an experienced user and know what to do. After the 23rd I had to reinstall the program to get it to function again this happens quite a lot and I just wanted to know why.
ok. I have read about some changes in the client in the past weeks, don’t know if you have read the topics, and many users had to delete and get back a new API key for example. Not everyone though, so it seems some users had problems. for now the new client 1.2.2 is the last one available from a couple of days. How about now, after your last flight on the 26th, are you having the same issue again?
No all good again but I have had to do this several times not just on an update.
try this
• Remove the folder C:\Users\\AppData\Local\SimFlyClient
• Remove all files in the installation folder
• Reinstall the client
