following the optimizations carried out on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, on the SimFly platform, the system is now significantly faster.
However, we’ve identified some interface issues in certain sections, which in some cases may cause a continuous loading loop or an automatic logout from both simfly.io and shop.simfly.io.
As mentioned in the notice published yesterday on the map, our team is working to permanently resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll provide an update as soon as everything is fully restored.

Hi Karim, here’s my experience: regarding the AMA section, I was able to vote and post yesterday, but I noticed I can only do so if I go to the forum first and then go to AMA. This way, my profile stays connected, but if I skip the forum and go directly to AMA, my profile is disconnected. Maybe this can help you fix the site’s issues.
I’d also like to point out that I can’t update my aircraft because the system gives me a “generic error.”

I’d like to clarify that these are interface-related issues, not Brain-related ones, so there’s no risk of losing PAX or assets. It’s only a matter of display or functionality problems in certain sections.
We understand it can be frustrating, but this was a major and complex optimization.
After the recent updates to the SimFly interface, these issues appeared, but we’re already working to fix them as quickly as possible.
I’ll also report what you’ve experienced and we’ll notify you as soon as everything is resolved.
Well… sorry, but still happening. I have got a “decent”computer and things are so different comparing 2 weeks ago. I know you (SimFly) are working on it. I know you have more information. I know. But let me highlight that issues in some transactions are still happening. I’ll be patient… but I am the customer, I paid for it, and I believe that things have to be correct as I have been correct with my duties. Keep us informed please. Thank you!
