Thank you, SimFly

Gianni Romanisio, dear SimFly users, and above all a big thank you to everyone.

I would like to tell you about my experience, starting from a long way back, hoping not to bore you. About four years ago, having always been passionate about Microsoft Flight Simulator and flight simulators in general, I followed with great interest a YouTube channel that, in my opinion, was and still is the best in Italy when it comes to flight tutorials. It was Paolo’s YouTube channel, who today is part of the SimFly staff.

I have always loved virtual flying and for about 30 years now, since the time of the first Microsoft simulators, the old FS2000, I have always enjoyed myself and had fun flying on the PC, trying to simulate reality as best as possible.

To further improve my flight experience, at a certain point I found a virtual airline on the internet, very beautiful and serious, called ITALIANOVOLANTI, which in my opinion is one of the best in the world. I flew with them for quite a long time, eventually reaching the level of senior captain. Of course, you were not paid, at that time you received awards and increasingly higher career levels, starting by flying the Cessna and gradually unlocking higher licenses and larger aircraft with flight hours, just like in real life. It was a wonderful experience and, honestly, I would be happy if one day SimFly could collaborate with this virtual airline called Italiani Volanti.

But the most important thing I want to say is this. I had always dreamed of being paid to fly and have fun, but it was only a dream, nothing more, and I would never have believed it could come true.

Then one day, on Paolo’s YouTube channel, I read a title: “WHAT IS HAPPENING?”. I clicked on the video and discovered SimFly. I must admit that at the beginning it was not easy to trust and believe in such a project, something that had never existed before. However, Paolo, in my opinion, has always been a serious person and his way of expressing himself in tutorial videos has always inspired confidence in me. I am not a sensitive person, and I know that “sensitives” do not exist, but my sixth sense suggested that I should trust him. So, when he presented SimFly, I immediately became enthusiastic and decided to give him my full trust.

I immediately purchased licenses, aircraft and airports, which at the time were heavily discounted, hoping that in the future we would generate income. I had little money and I assure you that, perhaps I was even reckless, I let myself be convinced and invested all my few savings, hoping for future earnings. At the time I was 50 years old and had about 2,000 euros in my account. Basically, I was and still am a poor guy, very different from how some SimFly users believe I am, just because I am first in the Sky Ranking.

I did it precisely to try to find a way to earn a little something. Also because if I were to retire, I would starve, considering that my mother, at 74 years old, receives 600 euros a month, and I am the one who helps her with the weekly groceries and much more that she cannot afford. I must say that many people called me crazy, and sometimes I thought so too. But I wanted to believe in SimFly, and today I know I was not wrong. I can say that I am truly happy to have made that choice.

I do not become rich with SimFly, but it is certainly a great help to make it to the end of the month, while having fun flying. Incredible but true.

At the beginning, some users, fortunately very few, criticized SimFly, saying it was a scam. Some were also jealous of my first position in the Sky Ranking and criticized me as well. Then, with the opening of the Marketplace, when the first users, myself included, started withdrawing real money and receiving it in their bank accounts, Roberto Capodieci made one of his usual weekly videos and rightly responded to those 4 or 5 defamers by raising his middle finger live. In a community of thousands of members, those 4 or 5 count for nothing. It is normal that when there are many people, there is always someone who talks nonsense, every tree, even if healthy, always has a few rotten apples, and unfortunately this negatively affected the reputation of SimFly, which had just been born.

Fortunately, these individuals or characters, call them whatever you like, were only 4 or 5. All the others stayed, continued to trust SimFly and contributed to the growth and development of the platform, which today proves itself for what it is worth. Those few who criticized are probably biting their tongues today and regret having spoken nonsense without knowing the facts, and only out of malice.

Now I want to thank all of you who believed and who trusted SimFly. I, as you can see, was among the first, but without all of you we would not have reached this level of satisfaction today. I also want to thank, and above all, the staff and those who had the courage and the ability to develop this wonderful, innovative platform, unique and never existing before, which incredibly seems unreal, but is fortunately real.

SimFly will become bigger and bigger and unique in the world. And all of this is also thanks to Paolo, to whom I am deeply grateful. If it had not been for his video, I would most likely never have known about SimFly.

This is not just my review, but a real testimony. SimFly is not an empty promise, but a concrete project that has transformed a lifelong passion into something real. It does not promise miracles, but it offers real opportunities to those who love virtual flying and have the consistency to commit themselves. It is a platform that grows, listens to the community and proves with facts, not words, that it is serious and reliable.

I would do everything all over again, without hesitation. Because SimFly did not only allow me to fly, but it gave me trust, dignity and the confirmation that, sometimes, believing in the right idea can truly change things.

Warm regards and all the best to everyone.

Thank you, SimFly.

Hi Gianni, my name is Luis Andrés. I read your words carefully, and I only have two comments: 1) Although I do not know you in person, your words speak about you; your story is touching, and you DESERVE MY RESPECT as a person, and also for being the most participative on the platform. 2) I do not agree with you when you say: “I was and still am a poor guy.”, poverty is not measured by money; there are MANY other things that measure a person’s richness, starting with his own personality - and you are not poor.

Happy flights and regards,
Luis Andrés
