Transponder a350

Hi flying the a350 and transponder says its off when i have it on all flight

I’m also experiencing the same problem with the transponder: In the A380, B789, and A35K. The transponder operates correctly, but the flight calculation always displays the same error. It also requests a TCAS light, which isn’t present on these aircraft.

ah okay, thought it was me going stupid haha

The same problem with Cessna 172 G1000 :expressionless_face:

I solved on G1000, by choosing ALT, not just ON. On the XPDR menu. At least on the C208 Caravan, haven’t tried on C172, but garmin should be the same.

This was driving me crazy! Thanks for the solution. I had already given up on it.

I suppose the ON activates Mode C (ALT) way after take off, while simfly clients start reading it on runway just before take off.

So now you can have the chance of 100/100

did you by chance find a fix for this?

is this for the garmin or a350 in general? thanks

This hint is for garmin. Liners such as A350 have another avionic. Need to see if there’s a way to acrivate mode C from start at parking also from liners such as A350.

Question.. do you use Vpilot client from vatsim? I saw a video, that enables ALT switching off STBY and than back on. From the SURV page. And on the vpilot client you can see mode C switching off and On.

Greetings, friends! So far, I’ve only been able to achieve 100/100 with the A21N and the B738. The transponders are controlled with a dial, and everything is perfect. But with all the other aircraft that have the digital controller, the avionics have been a problem. For example, on the A35K and A380, it deactivates for a few seconds, and SimFly’s flight analysis records this as a fault. I haven’t reported this because it has very little impact on PAX earnings; I think landing is much more important. Besides, the team has a lot of work ahead of us, which is of greater interest to us all.
