Just happened to have the flight canceled because I was searching for anti Ice toggle command key “H” and I accidentally hit the “Y” key for SLEW mode, didn’t make in time to hit again “Y” that flight was cancelled. I suggest to delete the SLEW mode or change it to a combination, maybe ALT+Y
